Q.

What can I expect from the Polar Winter Festival? 

A.

Arrive for your selected time slot, you and your guests will enjoy an abundance of holiday decor, a vendor market, lounge for food & beverage, rides such as a carousel and trackless train. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to take a photo with Santa at our Santa Selfie Photo Op. Note that Santa and the rides need to be purchased ahead of time and are not included in the General Admission Ticket.

Where is the event located?

Our event is conveniently located at Bandshell Park - 100 Prince Edward Island Crescent, Toronto, Ontario M6K 3C3 Canada

Q.

Is Polar a Drive-Through again? 

A.

We are excited to announce that Polar will be an in-person, walk-through experience this year. We do ask guests to respect physical distancing and to wear masks on the rides and when physical distancing isn’t possible. 

Q.

Does Polar accept Access 2 Passes?

A.

Yes! Polar is accepting Access 2 Passes for free entry - In addition, the support person will receive a discounted ticket at the entrance. This promotion is only available on site and the card must be presented to receive the discount.

Are pets allowed?

A.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed by the venue

How long is the experience? 

A.

Polar is a walkthrough experience so guests can stay as long as they wish. We find on average people will stay around 1.5 hrs

Is this a kid-friendly environment?

A.

YES! Our event is intended for all ages and has something for everyone. 

Q.

Is the price per ticket? 

A.

Yes, General Admission tickets are $19.99 for 13yrs and older and $14.99 for 12yrs and younger. *Note: Rides and Santa Photo Selfie are not included in the general admission price*

Are rides included in the General Admission ticket?

A.

No, ride tickets will be sold on-site only. $6/ride or three for $15

Is the Santa Photo Selfie Photo Experience and the rides included in the GA ticket price? 

A.

No, to take your photo with Santa you need to buy tickets ahead of time online for $12.99.. Note You need your own phone to take the photo with Santa. Santa will be there from 5pm-8pm Wednesdays-Sundays Tickets for the rides will be available for purchase on-site.

What happens if I arrive late? 

A.

We ask everyone to arrive at their scheduled time to help us keep our flow of traffic steady and allow for physical distancing. If you arrive late we will do our best to accomodate you.

What are your hours of operation? 

A.

Polar will run November 25th- December 26th, Wednesdays- Sundays from 5pm-11pm

Will there be food and beverage on-site? 

A.

Yes, we will have food trucks and beverages served on-site.

Will there be alcohol on-site? 

A.

Yes, please remember your ID.

Can I purchase tickets at the door? 

A.

Yes, although it is not recommended because if we are at capacity we will not have available tickets at the door so we strongly recommend you purchase in advance.

Will you take cash on-site? 

A.

No, only debit and credit will be accepted on-site.

Can I pay for my ticket with cash? 

A.

No, we will not be accepting cash.

What if I have any questions about accessibility / special accommodations?

We are happy to assist in answering any questions you might have.

Please find one of our staff and they will be happy to assist you.

Will restrooms be available on site? 

A.

Yes, we will have washrooms available including accessible washrooms.

What happens if it rains? 

A.

The event will happen rain, snow or shine. We will only close down if there is extreme weather. Please make sure you dress for the weather! Bundle up and enjoy some hot chocolate!

Are we allowed to bring our own food and beverage?

A.

No, outside food and beverage is not permitted.
